Hmm, didn't seen a topic/thread made about music, so here goes nothing.

We listen to music everyday so... What is your favorite type of music genre(s)? What are your favorite artist(s)? Listen to any foreign music?

I listen to Alternative rocl mostly. Especially 3 days grace. I also listen to stuff from japan cause I like how it sounds....I don't know the lyrics though -_-. And of course stuff from the 80's kick ass.

Ah, a thread I can put some passion in. Music is something I can't live without... I listen to it as I fall asleep, as I work on my computer, and as I drive to work. I usually drain my Ipod by night time on a average day with a full nights charge D:

My playlist on my Ipod has 143 songs, 95% of it J-Rock or J-something. You can probably tell from my playcount which songs (and series) I love.

I believe that it is a single.
It features the Boom-Boom-Clap in Queens "We will Rock you" in the beginning, which made me listen to the entire song. I don't think it would be too hard to play on the guitar also.

oooooo music. can't live without it.
um... right now i love alternative rock. i have only a few j-pop songs on my ipod.
my fav bands right now are three days grace, the hush sound, story of the year, and breaking benjamin.
my all time fav song is momentum by the hush sound. i will listen to that song non-stop. it is so good. Very Happy

Western music has entered the mix! The band Muse is my favorite english singing band, favorite song is Newborn.

Relating to Anime, does anyone collect the OST or Character albums of shows you watch? I love the LS character collection and the Elfen Lied OST.

Ghost in the Shell stuffs :O Because Yokko Kano is amazing. Which means I like to listen to half the songs on Anime.

Though, I do have the .hack CD.

Muse, I like Supermassive Blackhole.

And I just found a new band whose songs I kinda like Very Happy

But I don't really have a foavourite artist, though I'm more into American Rock stuff than anything else, since it's what I'm provided with on a daily basis.

Yeah, Yokko IS pretty amazing... I took me a while to figure out that the OP for both Ghost in the Shells were in Russian. She sings for the soundtrack for Ragnarok Online 2.

hmm; I like singer KOKIA her songs have such great lyrics. I also like yuna itoh, spontania, and other bands -.- just to lazy to name them all.

Looks like I need to revise my previous statement.

Right now, I'm interested in Utawa Sakura for her voice, Yoko Kanno for her awesome composing, and Vocaloid music consisting of either Miku or Luka because I just love them.

And for genre, I dislike 90% of rap music and I'm not all that into R&B. Besides those, I can probably listen to anything else.
