The foods won't be bought in bulk. They'll all be at the same price.

We're thinking of serving 150 people, 75 each day. With what we have to spend so far, I'm goign to say we should expect 75 people in all, so 37 - 38 each day. We'll buy for 80, more than likely, without the pizza costs included. Our sodas should be cut down.

The amount of what to buy, percentage wise, is as followed: Sweets > Foods > Drinks.

Drinks are the least of our problems, because they're easier to get and we can get less.

I'll be creating an excel sheet and posting it up for you all to look at and check. It will have a loose idea of what will be bought and how much.
