Fullmetal Alchemist Remake :o

A new FMA is coming out that follows the manga, or so they hope. It's like the Hellsing Ultimate, I believe. Since it follows the manga a lot better than Hellsing.

Oh, yeah! I remember reading this somewhere. I'm really excited to see the remake that follows.

There's Lan Fan, Lin Yao, and May Chang, and a few others that come from Xing, which is a neighboring country of Amestris.

It was a shame that they were barely mentioned in the first series.

I don't even think they verbally mention it in the series, but there are maps that appear in a few episodes that show Amestris and its neighboring countries, and the eastern country on the map is Xing. I'm not being a very reliable source of information though, since I haven't read or watched FMA in one and a half years.

Ditto that. I haven't even watched the series for more than a year. I haven't even read the manga, which I heard veers off in a different direction from the anime. I'm so behind! xD

Eh, Ed was sent to the Gate of Truth when he died, Al then traded his soul for Ed's and they switched places, and Ed then sacrificed Al's past experiences from when their mother died, plus himself. And I guess like dying will or something makes Ed go into our world.

And then in the movie, the cult people open up a portal to Amestris and Al uses the opportunity to go to our world and reunite with Ed.

That's what I remember.

Well, actually, they're in Germany. Ed went to London the first time he crossed over, but then his alternate self was crushed under a flaming zeppelin.
