Metrocon 2009 *Updated* *Pics Included*

First day of Metrocon was exhausting, both for my feet and my nifty Fate/Stay Night wallet. Out of the $345 I brought, I spent around $180 on merchandise, $100 to my neighbor, because I owed her, and the rest on food and drink. I had $30 left in my wallet and some pocket change as well. I probably won't be buying much on Saturday or Sunday, and will instead go to more panels and look at cosplayers.

EDIT SATURDAY: I was there from 11am to 2am, and dropped asleep when I got home, so I couldn't post anything. It was however very fun. I only bought a few items also with the money I had left.

EDIT SUNDAY: Didn't really do much today but getting MY DS LITE (AND MY WEEKEND PASS TOO) SIGNED BY BRAD SWAILE and watching the Human Chess Match and the AMV Contest (Both were full of bull, imo, But had their good parts too). I couldn't find most of the cosplayers I wanted to see yesterday, but I gave up and bought five posters with money I borrowed from my sister.

Most exhausting weekend ever experienced, I must say.

The most expensive thing I bought was my Shana Figma. Surprisingly, my C.C. figure was only $29, and it looks like a more high quality statue too (it looks as good as my $65 Simca figure).

I only got so much money because I got paid in advance, and now I must work the rest of the summer without pay. >.>

And even then, I borrowed $15 from my neighbor and sister, all spent on posters.

I think my parents will be mad when they see my C.C. figure eventually. >__>
