Weekly Contests?

Weekly Contests that you can do on the forum or elsewhere (like games, or something), where the winner gets to have something special on their account.

A special title, color, etc. If we could find games or things to do that would help create ways.. to give out prizes, then this would be very doable.

Drawing contest? That's all I'm good at. D;

Or wait, do you mean like some sort of Flash game?

It could be either of those. Flash games could be graded easily, because it'd be on the number of points and.. that's usually an easy way to show who won.

Contests:

-Drawing/Fanart
-Picture Caption

Camera Required (to upload):

-Manga stacking(?) [Stack mangas in a unique way; best way wins]
-Anime Figure posing(?) [Best poses; single, multiple, etc.]
-Anime Items [Make a replica of an item; Ash's cap, Ichigo's Hollow Mask, etc.]

(?) - Not everyone has one or does not have enough of them, just ideas that came at the top of my head.

Also can't be someone else's picture. Has to be original.

We always could have a mask contest, winner or runner up who's on the forum can get something special. We can even host the mask they made for a week or something so everyone who wasn't there can see it.

Those are all some cool ideas, though! And they're all very doable.

I remember a caption contest being brought up once. We might even be able to find like... riddles and things to do. We might even be able to do tongue twisters

Yeah we could have a mask contest. I'm planning on making Hei's mask with paper mache or something.

I'm only going to Metrocon for the merchandise, cosplayers, and any voice actor of interest. I still need to get Johnny Bosch's autograph.

He's shy.

But he's going to be there all Saturday, I believe. And he'll be there after the masquerade, like always, because EyeShine plays right after it before the rave, I believe.

Maybe we can even have a costume contest.

I also wiki'd some links to get more ideas for masquerade contests so we can do more that day.

What about a like.. spy thing, or.. a who done it, I think it's called? We can play ag ame, give clues, etc. And maybe see who figures out who actually did the deed, even though the people that create it would already know.

oooh! We could do a Haiku contest for the artist gallery!

If enough people actually come on during a weekly basis, we could start polls for people to come in and vote on for their favorite.

For those of us that have Gaia characters, we could do something with that, too. >.> or at least for those of us that have actually been on Gaia for a few months and know what's happening.

Coolest character design with the clothes you have, or using their tek tek engine to create a character from an anime series to the best of their abilities. Some that even don't need those could be.. creating a cool design that'll be integrated into the site itself, or creating a new site layout D:
